Afternoon. I am a photographer and a new client of Shannon Curvey. I have suffered for a few months now from tensed shoulder muscles and they get knotted while I am on the job. Shannon, very knowledgeable about muscles and their functions, worked on me two times so far and I am already seeing & feeling improvement. I get deep muscle massages and they HURT so good and I'm thankful that she had a clear goal to work towards to keep me "operable" as a photographer. Aside from the job, we get into lively conversations because we are both entrepreneurs and business owners. She has a great personality, is friendly, and as I said before, is very knowledgeable. Fantastic! I signed up for the Golf Package workouts consisting of stretch and strength training after I had back surgery and post physical therapy. I needed something more than just PT, and wanted to get back on the course without pain and stiffness asap. With much thanks to Function-N-Fitnesss I am on the road to recovery. I am truly pleased!

I had the pleasure of attending the "Relax and Roll " virtual workshop recently. I joined the Self-Myofascial Release session to learn some techniques to help a family member. The training, led by Owner Shannon Curvey, was informative and serious but upbeat and pleasant. It was easy to follow along. I enjoyed it and learned something new. Shannon knows her stuff!! Great training!!
