I love this location because I feel the beds are much stronger than other locations and I’m always greeted by the staff nicely, especially Nick! I always look forward to coming here out of all the other locations ◡̈

Love this Palm Beach Tan location so much! Ellie is literally the best — so sweet, welcoming, and professional every single time I come in. She always makes the experience amazing and is one of the main reasons I love this branch so much. 💕✨”

I don’t usually go to this location so I didn’t realize when I asked to just “do the same thing as last time” that it meant the last time I was at this location not the last thing I did at any location. I filled out a survey kind of complaining that I got downgraded and they called me up not even an hour later, explained the situation and also extended some upgrades to me.
The staff here is very kind and helpful, and I will definitely return when I’m in the area. Excellent service all around, 5 stars.
