The salon was incredibly busy, with a noticeable backup due to prom season, spray tan appointments, etc. but Ellie handled everything with professionalism and composure. Rather than leaving customers wondering what was going on, she proactively kept everyone updated on wait times and apologized for the delays, even though the circumstances were clearly outside of her control.
