“On Friday October 10, 2025 I traveled to Richmond from Maryland to pick up my suit from my taylor. While on the hwy I called Puritan on Laburnum Ave to find out the cut off time to receive my suit back same day. I just needed it pressed. I was told 9am. I was cutting it close. I picked my suit up and rushed to Puritan. I was 15 mins late. I saw the van out there and I think the driver was close to leaving. I went in anyway and the young lady that was working told me she couldn’t take it because it was after 9am. I explained I traveled down and I just needed my suit pressed. She had empathy to my situation and she asked the driver to wait a second so she can hand him my suit. Although she was initially following their rules she had enough compassion to bend a little. I really appreciate that. Thank you… I wish I asked for her name.“
