He also completed an inspection of the plumbing in our home and fixed a separate issue with our dishwasher and was very thorough, explained everything before initiating the work, and proposed reasonable solutions and fair pricing. “Marine's Service offers the absolute BEST of experiences from the front office to the actual service visit. Our HVAC humidifier starting leaking in multiple locations along the piping. We were able to secure an almost immediate appointment. We truly appreciated this as we had to shut off the whole house humidifier and the temperature in the house fell.
Our technician Josh was a terrific person; he thoroughly inspected the system, diagnosed several problems (both what had been apparent to us and not), and set to work without delay. Josh repaired pipes, replaced others, and redirected one. He also replaced our main water shutoff valve after demonstrating to us that it would not turn off as needed due to age related deterioration.
Josh had all the necessary parts on the truck and completed the work in record time.
Josh sent us a step by step video report indicating what he had done and photos of what his work looked like. We jokingly told our kids we wish we had photos of them that were of the same great quality!
All has been running without a hitch for over a week now and we could not be happier. Thank you, Josh!

“I rarely write reviews, but this company truly deserves one.
I had a persistent water leak in my master bathroom. I called Prince William Plumbing and during the initial visit they were not able to locate the exact source of the leak but gave me helpful guidance on what to do next. I paid for the service call and followed their recommendations. Unfortunately, the leak continued so I called them back, they came out again, and this time they found the source of the problem and fixed it. I was fully prepared to pay for the additional visit and the repair, but to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything for this second trip.
I was moved to tears by their honesty and generosity in a time when its easy to feel like just another number on an invoice. They treated me like a human being. That kind of integrity is rare and it means everything.
