“I have mobility issues and my doctor recommended that I have physical and occupational therapy. My doctor sent orders to Creative Therapy Solutions and as soon as the orders were received I was very thoroughly evaluated. I was very impressed with not only their timeliness but their knowledge of what was needed. I was given written exercise programs that have increased over time. A slow start was provided because I was nervous about my balance. I was taught some occupational tips that made improvements to my everyday life. They discuss everything with me, always keeping me informed. They worked around my cataract surgery schedule and various doctors appointments. They have interacted with my primary. These two women are working very hard to keep me independent. They are very kind, checking on all aspects of my life yet at the same time they are not invasive. They make me feel like “I am driving this train” however they are the expects. I have never disagreed with they suggestions. Pam Sledge and Irene Conlon get very high marks from me. I am extremely grateful to have them in my life.“

Everyone is friendly and personable. Once you’re taken to the injector room, it gets even better. Narges takes her time to listen to her patients/clients. Examine and study you. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and makes you feel heard and cared for. I came in because my lip filler, from an injector elsewhere, migrated and I was in a lot of pain. As soon as I was treated by Narges, I noticed results and instantly began to feel so much better. She talked me through the entire process, which I thought was great — since I, not only like to know what’s going on, but also like to learn a few things lol. “Nurse Emma and Physical Therapist Colin are amazing. They helped me with my transition from hospital to home after CABG surgery. I was very disabled for the first two weeks. However, the office did not send Occupational Therapy or an aide to assist me with personal care in a timely manner. No one called or scheduled the OT or the aide during the first 2 weeks of being home from hospital. Finally told Colin to cancel OT and Aide as their services were no longer needed. I desperately needed their help when I was first home not 2 weeks later. This was a scheduling issue with the office not following through. The services I did receive were excellent.“

If I ever have a request for my brother, Terrence Bunce, it is always addressed immediately. My brother Terry loves the staff. He has been there for several years. “Dr Cassis is like no chiropractor I have ever met and his work is on a whole other level. “It is VERY hard to get hold of a center/office within this huge facility by phone. I've been trying to get hold of the Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery center for days using the phone number posted on their web site to no avail. I can get a human (in Physician Referral ???) or Scheduling but when they transfer me to I get a busy signal or the line goes dead. Tried calling corporate number. They just transferred me to Patient Services where I left vmail (no call back yet after 1 hr). Also, when I get a human in Scheduling, they ask for my birthday, phone nr, address every time I call even tho I'm in the system. Aarrrgghh! Update: Got a call from Pt. Services who will have someone from Oral Surg. contact me. She said they get 1000s of calls per day and that they only contact pt. When they're ready to make appt. Update 2: A Dr. From oral Surg. Ctr just called me in response to email I sent and advised of cause of delay (getting ins. Auth). Thank u Dr C.!!“

The staff communicates honestly and the care providers are caring and compassionate. They won"t accept any client if they are not able to provide care in a timely manner, which is very unusual in this field.
