Synergy responded to our need for help at home the day my wife came home from the hospital. Our Aide began work the next day, eight hours a day, Monday through Friday. She has proven well-trained, caring, prompt, anxious to do anything needed whenever needed. She leads my wife in her recovery exercises, helps in the kitchen and bathroom however needed, helps with leaving our apartment for medical appointments and shopping. I can leave home for the day without any concern that my wife will not be cared for meticulously. Based on my experience with Synergy, I recommend their services without hesitation.

The challenges faced when you are trying to care for a parent with Alzheimer’s, and you live out of town, were just one of the many obstacles that Mitch and his team help me overcome. I had heard horror stories about in home health services and approached the process with trepidation and anxiety. Very quickly - my fears were put to rest. My mother was paired with a care giver who was kind, compassionate and protective. My family is forever grateful to Synergy as they helped my family navigate a very difficult life transition.
