The trust she built with Onyx and with us was so quick and natural, and every session left us feeling more confident and supported. She communicated clearly, sent us detailed summaries after each session, and even shared photos to help us stay on track with our practice at home.

Onyx absolutely adored Stephanie, and it was obvious how much love and dedication she brought to every training session. The results were so responsive and encouraging that I honestly didn’t want the training to end! “Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“
