“This is our second time working with Southernwood. They replaced our roof in 2020. We were very satisfied with that service. This time we needed our entire soffit at the front of our house replaced due to a carpenter bee infestation and rot. Our salesman, Noah Zeitler also recommended replacing some rotten additional trim at the front of the house. The whole team from the secretary, salesman, Forman and installers were polite, attentive, communicative about delivery of supplies and installation date. We are so happy with the results. The work was completed in one afternoon and it looks amazing!“
