“The Staff at this location is wonderful. Dr. Sharma is a kind and caring doctor who does wonderful work. Now, the lady Tracy, who sets the pre-surgical appointments, is supposed to contact you; she never calls you to schedule the appointment. When you call her office, you will get an answering machine that says she will return your call in one or two days, but she does not return your call. This is so unprofessional. My mother was supposed to have surgery in August, and here it is, the 24th of September, still waiting for that per-opt appointment. I don't get it, is Tracy not replaceable? I will be getting in touch with the main VCU.“

“Love Dr. Armstrong, been seeing him for years. The phone issue is only bad thing I see. Seeing other patients complain about when u call no one will answer, so voicemail tells u to stay on line. You could wait 30 minutes or longer or leave a message. I just wish this issue could be fixed some kind of way.“

“I had heard about CNS before I was referred there after a car accident. My concussion had turned into something much more severe, and nothing was working until I got to CNS. From the very first appointment they were thorough, kind and informative. I was there weekly from Feb 2024-Feb 2025 for Speech and Occupational therapy. It was hard work, and I wasn't sure if I would function in a normal life again, but they worked hard with me and now I can do the things I was doing before. They altered a lot of material, and even came up with new material for me to specifically target my symptoms and my unique mental processing. I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for CNS. I highly recommend them.
