“I was a bit uncomfortable with my cleaning today. There was a lot of nervous chatter and my hygienist left the room several times for supplies. When I told her I needed gluten free toothpaste, she asked if the office compound was gf. I didn’t know-I think my hygienist should know . She fumbled a bit, but was very nice. I’m sure she’ll become more comfortable with time.“

“My family and I have been clients for a few years, but we truly had an outstanding visit this past week when I had to come in for my regular 6-month cleaning. I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn’t able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo’ed and aww’ed at them, saying “oh they are just angels!” the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person—expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great — we are definitely lifers. And I will be dropping the kids off for daycare with them on a regular basis now ? juuuust kidding! Highly recommend!“

“I was warmly greeted by the receptionist at the Ironbridge location. My dental hygienist, Margaret Ann, was the best I've even had. She was informative to my areas of plaque build up, knowledgeable about the method of treatment, and thoroughly enjoyed her job. The dentist was very friendly and seemed to truly care about his patients. It was such a wonderful experience that I canceled my sons appointments with a different dental practice so they could be seen at the pediatric practice at Virginia Family Dentistry. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“

“Dr. Mamrick has been my dentist for more years than I can recall. His staff has always been pleasant, compassionate, and helpful. A few years back he got a new offer manager. Her name is Ann. This person does not belong in his practice. She has been unpleasant to me too many times. She is not liked by other associates in the practice. She truly should not be there ruining Dr. Mamrick’s good name. I will never have dealings with her again. I will continue to go to Dr. Mamrick, but I am completely done with Ann. She is a piece of work!!“
