“My family and I have been clients for a few years, but we truly had an outstanding visit this past week when I had to come in for my regular 6-month cleaning. I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn’t able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo’ed and aww’ed at them, saying “oh they are just angels!” the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person—expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great — we are definitely lifers. And I will be dropping the kids off for daycare with them on a regular basis now ? juuuust kidding! Highly recommend!“

This person does not belong in his practice. She has been unpleasant to me too many times. She is not liked by other associates in the practice. She truly should not be there ruining Dr. Mamrick’s good name. I will never have dealings with her again. I will continue to go to Dr. Mamrick, but I am completely done with Ann. “Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“
