I would typically give a 5 star rating but yesterday when I came in for an emergency appointment made at 3pm. I was not seen until 5 pm and I am highly upset because I have a broken tooth related to a failed root canals that was done by the office and the tooth is cutting my tongue and the infection has spread to my ear. I am currently on my third bottle of antibiotics and now I have to wait another week for an extraction. I can't eat, drink or hardly swallow because of the pain I am in. No other medication was even offered to me for the next week I have to wait. I have been in excruciating pain and I am 16 weeks pregnant even after my doctor sent in an approval letter...read full review

Family Dental on Southside Richmond is Top Tier..Dr Bowles is excellent, she's great at what she do.. Taylor is so sweet and very gentle with a fun personality..I found my forever Dental Office..Great Staff , everyone is really nice...Say Cheese?!

I had the pleasure of visiting the best dental assistant and dentist ever - Essex and Dr. Patell. It's refreshing to see such caring professionals in the field. As a new patient, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I truly appreciate their hard work. Recently, I visited Sean and Dr. Mohan at Family Dental and they did an excellent job. I'm grateful for their expertise. I must mention that DR Vee and her assistant are amazing too. They were a great help to me. If you're looking for a great dental experience, I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Ellisia and Dr. Vijaya. They are great at what they do and it shows!
