“Romanoff Renovations over the years has done six floors in my home. We used Pergo laminate flooring. It's been over eleven years after the installed, of the living room floor. Three grand kids later, driving their big wheels over the floor, remote control cars and many other toys, the floor looks like it was installed yesterday. The process has been slow mostly due to paperwork going back and forth with Insurance, but Luis Rivera specifically with Personal Touch was really easy to work with, would say hi to the kids and not just awkwardly be in our house without saying a word, and just really did a great job on the mitigation end of everything. I had a visit from John Wood who came out to look at the scope of work and he was friendly and fair. He wanted to understand what my needs were and gave me a veryl fair price. I was then transferred to my remodel team once I signed all documents and that was Rob Allen and Keifer and they were great to work with and communicated each step to me. I would definitely give them another shot for future remodeling deals.“
