Had a pipe break upstairs, water went thru to the kitchen floor. The young lady named Holly assisted me in the day to day scheduling. Holly followed up every day in scheduling the next days visit for moisture readings and to ensue I was pleased with their services. A few times I had scheduling issue on my behalf but Holly was able to adjust the schedule to meet my needs. Excellent customer service.
