“Mohammad came and saved the day! Truly. We found out our AC had stopped working late Friday night and I was out of town so had to wait until I got back. Called Mohammad and he came out thankfully later that day. After trouble shooting and looking for solutions, not just slapping a band-aid on it. He found the culprit, some workers had been working on plumbing in the garage (i am in a condo building) and had hit some wires that were to my unit. He cleaned them up and rewired and capped them and then my AC was back to working! He literally saved me $13k I thought I was going to have to spend soon because that's what a big box name came out and told me a few months back when I had my annual check up. My unit is from 2019... I've learned my lesson, big box companies will just try and sell you (they did EVERY time they came out). Mohammad came out and took his time actually finding the problem.
