When other companies did not want to special-cut a backplate to fit the brick arch in our colonial fireplace, NICTO did not hesitate and took their custom work a step further while installing the wood-burning insert. NICTO custom fit the front plate to the brick, too, so the insert doesn’t sit outside the fireplace opening. The team cleaned the chimney of years of glazed creosote so we would not smell it ever again, installed an insulated liner, and new cap. Great company and pricing. They stand behind their work. They redid the crown, mortar work and new liner. Chimney works great. I had 4 quotes and they were competitive and their description of the work was the most detailed of all the companies.
