“Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. Recently, in 2025, I initiated a new home improvement project that would impact some of the siding on the rear of the house. “ASA replaced my entire roof, drip edge, and flashing 6 years ago and I have the 10 year warranty in my contract. Now, I have a piece of flashing that the has blown off. I have been calling for a week now they continue to give me the run around and tell me they will call back to schedule a day for them to fix they never call back.

ASA, if you see this posting and actually come fix it I’ll revise my review.

“We needed a new roof and started looking for a company to do the job. We found Timothy’s Roofing and gave them a call. Within an hour Russ was able to come out and look at our roof and tell us how much it would cost. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. He gave us a quote on the roof as well as new gutters. They had a last minute opening a week later and we took it. Russ supervised throughout the installation and all of it was done within one day. They did a great job cleaning up after. We have a toddler and were worried about nails being on the ground after but it was clear they had been very thorough with their clean up. Now we have a beautiful new roof and gutters and can sleep more easily at night when it rains. If you’re looking for someone to replace your roof Timothy’s Roofing Co. is the best choice.“
