“Certainly the most responsive and professional dry cleaner I have encountered in Northern Virginia. If any item poses a problem in terms of handling, you always are told in advance and advised what is the risk to the garment. True, they will refuse to take some special fashion-forward materials, but not because they are too cautious, but because the manufacturer of the garment acted foolishly in selecting the materials used. I recommend Stonewall Cleaners without hesitation. And I think the prices are fair, for the service(s) provided.“

“I am honestly baffled that people are giving this place one star reviews, There is a reason Zips is cheaper than regular dry cleaners. 1. This store (not all stores though) is a pickup store meaning clothes are cleaned and pressed at a main plant QC is more difficult. 2. Hands rarely touch the clothes when pressing; speed and volume is what makes Zips financially viable. So with those two things in mind, it won’t be perfect.People also often suffer from the spotlight effect: the belief that they have an outstanding characteristic showing when in fact no one noticed, or even cares about your issue.“

“I was very happy with the service, and I thought the prices were reasonable. Of note, I had a nasty sweat stain on the collar of my shirt that the last two dry cleaners had not been able to remove. I had given up hope and had just been wearing my shirt anyway, but Haymarket Cleaners got the satin out without me even mentioning it to them. I was very pleased and have found my permanentdry cleaners!“
