Evelyn takes great care of my business attire, ensuring everything is cleaned and pressed perfectly. She also makes sure I never miss out on my loyalty points and discounts, which I really appreciate. And when it comes to my jeans, she always creases them just the way I like!

The manager, Ms. Marlin, runs an amazing team of professionals. Her and her team ensure that all customers needs are immediately delivered what they smile 😃 and great follow up support and customer service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone for any of their laundry, dry cleaning and or alterations. Keep up the good work 🙏😀
I can’t thank ZIPS Dry Cleaners enough for what they did for me.
I had a truly last-minute, one-time emergency situation come up where I needed my suit dry cleaned the same day for an important event. I called every dry cleaner in Manassas, and understandably, no one could accommodate such short notice.
When I called ZIPS, Belkys, the manager, took the time to listen to my situation. While I completely understand that same-day turnaround like this isn’t the norm and can’t always be guaranteed, she was incredibly kind and willing to help given the circumstances.
