Her and her team ensure that all customers needs are immediately delivered what they smile 😃 and great follow up support and customer service. I can’t thank ZIPS Dry Cleaners enough for what they did for me.
I had a truly last-minute, one-time emergency situation come up where I needed my suit dry cleaned the same day for an important event. I called every dry cleaner in Manassas, and understandably, no one could accommodate such short notice.
When I called ZIPS, Belkys, the manager, took the time to listen to my situation. While I completely understand that same-day turnaround like this isn’t the norm and can’t always be guaranteed, she was incredibly kind and willing to help given the circumstances. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I’m genuinely grateful.
