ZIPS Cleaners is known for their helpful and accommodating customer service. They are willing to assist with last-minute requests, such as pressing a suit for a same-day event or for a special occasion like a dance. The cleaners ensure that the clothes are returned on time and in excellent condition. However, it is worth noting that they have a policy regarding dog hair on clothes. While it may not be a significant amount, they may ask customers to shake it out before cleaning. Despite this, ZIPS Cleaners is a reliable option for those looking for a solid and decent cleaning job.

Belkys Lopez was very professional friendly and courteous. She made me feel valued as a customer. She handled my clothes with care and was most helpful with ensuring treatment to my jacket was applied. Thank you and continue to shine. Roxanne Austin 😊

Evelyn takes great care of my business attire, ensuring everything is cleaned and pressed perfectly. She also makes sure I never miss out on my loyalty points and discounts, which I really appreciate. And when it comes to my jeans, she always creases them just the way I like!
