I was very happy with the service, and I thought the prices were reasonable. Of note, I had a nasty sweat stain on the collar of my shirt that the last two dry cleaners had not been able to remove. I had given up hope and had just been wearing my shirt anyway, but Haymarket Cleaners got the satin out without me even mentioning it to them. I was very pleased and have found my permanentdry cleaners!

This place is usually pretty good but I had a very frustrating experience with them today. They gave me a receipt telling me my clothes would be ready by 5 on a Saturday. I showed up around 5:05 on Saturday to the store being closed (Even though google, the sign on their door, and the receipt say they’re open till 6). There was a small sign saying they’re now open till 5 on Saturday. I get that mistakes happen, but it’s really frustrating that they told me the clothes would be ready at a time they wouldn’t be open for, especially considering they’re closed on Sunday. Couldn’t believe that an order we dropped off 3 days before COVID lockdown (March 9, 2020) was still there today, 3 years to the date! Totally forgot to pick them up with all the closures and restrictions in the community. My husband is happily reunited with his dress shirts (and still working from home and doesn’t wear them).
