3 stars only for the good cleaning, but the BAD customer service nothing more than ZERO.This business disappointed me with the BAD customer service; they charged me double the estimated price they stated over the phone and hung up when I confronted them with the inaccurate information they supplied. Misleading information about the prices. There is no price list on the website. Their website login is not working.Details: September 6, 2023 I called to know the cost of dry clean curtains, and the lady stated $5 per piece, so we dropped off 6 curtains. Typically I use this dry-cleaner for business a few times a week. I bring them designer jackets, dresses, skirts, coats, pants, etc. and also purses, backpacks with all kinds of stains on them. If I feel that a particular stain can be hard to remove, I ask them what to expect. And they never let me down. It's also very convenient to have the name of all garments on receipts. I do not have time to check items when I pick them up, I do it later, and have never had any problems.

What a fantastic experience I had with these guys. I had a very expensive coat thats been sitting in a box for over a year, pulled it out for the winter and noticed that a couple of the buttons had gone missing. Took it over the ASAP, which was my first time there, to get it dry cleaned and have new buttons sewn on. For under $10, they made my jacket look good as new! Not only that, but when I dropped it off (around 8:30am) the lady told me it wouldn't be done until the next morning, but I got a text only 5 hours later saying that it was ready to be picked up!!
