The manager, Dray Annete, was very polite and helpful, and helped me by taking my granddaughters dress last minute and cleaning it in time for when she needed it later that evening. Awesome service, I recommend.

Reviews
I used Zips when I was in Fredericksburg, VA. I have moved to the Haymarket area and was very happy to find a zips relatively close to us. Great job at a reasonable price. Thank you.
Jonathan is consistently outstanding. Every time I visit ZIPS, he greets customers with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. He pays close attention to detail, makes sure orders are handled correctly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done right.
What stands out most is his customer service — he communicates clearly, solves issues quickly, and treats every customer with respect. Employees like Jonathan make the entire experience smoother and more reliable.
ZIPS is lucky to have him, and I highly recommend his service.
