I saw them for alterations, got the dress back quickly, and it was perfect! However, once I tried the dress on again weeks later, I realized there was one small alteration that wasn't quite right. I first went to J Alterations for a bridesmaid dress alteration and had such a great experience that I came back later for my wedding dress alterations. They were attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly very experienced. They gave thoughtful recommendations, but they were never pushy and always listened to what I preferred in terms of length and style.

I cannot say enough amazing things about J Alterations. They are so incredibly talented. They hemmed the skirt, took in the waist, added a bustle, and created a bow from the ribbon I gave them that was easily fastened by a button.
I plan to come back and have her alter my dress into a cocktail style length for the west coast celebration we are having with my husband's side of the family.
