“Called to get an estimate for a new heat pump. Tech Tim came out A.S.A.P. and gave us a fair free quote. Explained everything in detail and scheduled our install. He was able to move us to the front of line because we don’t have heat and next week we are going to experience sub-zero temps. Very pleased with the service so far.”
“Woke up to my AC not working on Sunday morning, so I called Maddox and they came out very promptly, even on a weekend. The gentleman who came out was prompt and polite. He had everything on the truck that was needed to get the unit back up and running. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend giving them a call”
