Thank You! Jason and crew!(Long)After 2-1/2 months with no heat… Lost heat the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, called a company we had been using for a couple of years. They came out and said we needed a new furnace (we have geothermal which scares most HVAC people) to the tune of $20,000. We said okay, not knowing and trusting the company. A couple of weeks later a new furnace arrived — turns out wrong furnace and missing the heating components from the factory. Three to four weeks later and 13 phone calls nothing happened. Company said they could not get TRANE to call them back. We gave up! Called Johnston Cooling and Heating, they came out the next day....read full review

We had a wonderful experience with Johnston’s. Upon moving into our first home the AC froze up. We called Johnston’s and Jason came out the same day. They worked late into the evening to restore our service and even returned promptly when another issue arose. They are very easy to work with guys and are straight shooters. Not a company that will try to sell you a bunch of parts you don’t need or slap you over the head with prices. Fair prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Thanks Johnston’s!
