For the first time in 3 years since building our home, we finally have clean water! Everyone was convinced we needed a new well but Keith was the first person to truly help us and find the root of the problem. We are forever grateful!

This is a great company to work with! I got home from a trip on Jan 1, 2024. That night, all of a sudden no water. I called their office number at about 9:00pm. The owner answered!! I told him no need to come out the night, but I would like to get on the schedule first thing the next morning. He said he would be here around 8:30.He showed up, determined the issue quickly (my 1999 pump had locked up) pulled the pump and found a couple of other issues with the pipe. I had him replace the pump, questionable pipe and electrical cable down in the well. He also gave me other suggestions for maintenance purposes. All of the sudden water to my home (from my well) stopped on the day after Thanksgiving. On Saturday I called Cardinal Mechanical Services and left a vmail not expecting anyone to return my call until Monday. To my great surprise Keith called me back immediately and came out to my home in Appomattox within an hour. He diagnosed and fixed my problem (it was a poor electrical connection at the electrical panel to the well). He was super friendly and professional. He even gave me some insights and advice about other aspects of my well as well as my septic system. Definitely will use Cardinal for my well and pump service in the future.
