The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and the atmosphere is supportive, friendly, and focused. You come here to get in shape, have friends, and learn to fight. I like that the classes are no nonsense. You are there to learn and there to train. We work hard and play hard and support one another as we all advance. I have recommended this place to dozens of my friends and will continue to give them my highest appreciation and recommendation.“

“The testing performance doesn’t always reflect the level of power or precision I associate with traditional Taekwondo training, especially compared to what I’ve seen in Asia.

That said, I do appreciate the opportunity for my daughter to learn discipline and build confidence here, but I believe there’s room for higher standards in testing and training execution. I think setting higher standards during testing would give the belts more meaning and motivate the students to strive for stronger technique.This school has great potential to inspire and develop its students, but I believe focusing more on precision, energy, and discipline especially when testing are coming, would take the program to another level.“
