I was also going to concussion therapy.. to which I passed my concussion tests several weeks early. I mentioned I had been doing red light therapy and they said that was 100% the reason for the rapid recovery. In my simple terms - it speeds up the healing process significantly. “I’ve been playing a lot of golf lately and ended up getting golfers elbow also known as tennis elbow. Instead of going to an orthopedist I went to Dr McMinn and Mike Narvid to get treatment. My elbow was so bad I couldn’t bring my right hand up to my face. I couldn’t use my right hand to shave, brush my teeth wash my hair…. Dr McMinn adjusted my hand, wrist(which apparently was locked up) and elbow. I immediately felt relief of the constant pain. Then Dr Narvid used a device called Shock Wave on my arm. When I left the office I still couldn’t lift my hand up to my face but within 2 hours of the treatment I was able to handle normal day to day activities with my right arm again. I was shocked! Dr McMinn and Dr Narvid are the best, the staff is excellent and I would highly recommend going to Potomac Family and Sports Center for any injuries before going to an orthopedic surgeon. You will be happy you did!“
