“Recently we needed a large linen closet to match our vanity Merillat oak cabinets in our primary bathroom. We first worked with salesperson Wendy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and couldn’t find exactly what we wanted but made a few alternative suggestions and promised to contact the factory and get back to us quickly. Within a day she contacted us and was able get the factory to make exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price, with a 3 week turnaround. We were impressed. All the contacts for the purchase and delivery were handled by Autumn the office manager. Here communications by email were exceptional. Any phone conversations we had were quickly and accurately summarized in an email. She quickly responded to any questions we had regarding delivery details. We initially planned on installing the cabinet ourselves. When we changed our minds and asked REICO to actually do the installation Autumn quickly facilitated the change. Rudy, the installer and his helper, were very professional and did an outstanding job. From sales to purchasing, to delivery and installation our dealings with the Chantilly REICO Kitchen and Bath team were beyond excellent. We would give them 6 out of 5 stars if we could!“

“Mr. Faux painted our kitchen cabinets, and we are very happy with the results. After emailing some photos of our existing cabinets he sent us a quote within a day, no visit needed. The process went exactly as he said it would, and his workers were great. Even provided a free color consultation. Terrific communication throughout the process. After the work was completed, we needed a touchup due to damage we caused, and Mr. Faux restored the drawer face without charging us. Highly recommend.“

While their pricing fell in the middle of the three estimates, their attention to detail and customer service set them apart. My wife and I visited PKB's Sterling location multiple times to select styles, tiles, and designs for our spaces. Musafa, with his wealth of knowledge, guided us through the process, offering valuable advice every step of the way.

Once the renovation began in November, Sean, PKB's project manager, proved invaluable. With multiple crews working simultaneously on different areas of our home, Sean ensured that everything progressed smoothly and according to schedule. He also coordinated appliance deliveries, with PKB handling the installation of our kitchen appliances. Throughout the renovation, PKB consistently kept us updated and provided feedback on any change orders we requested. Any minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed, and despite submitting several change orders, PKB completed them all without hesitation.

“Paul, the owner, and Mason and Gary, the crew that did our garage reno, are great people to work with. I got quotes from 3 garage specialists in the DC area, and to be honest, Garage Living was the most expensive, but just barely so. However, Paul was the lowest pressure of the 3 -- the other 2 companies were very pushy and were going for an upsell -- whereas Paul was willing to work with me within the budget I set. The quality of materials Garage Living used were also significantly better than the competitors (made-in-Canada aluminum shelving/cabinets vs. made-in-China MDF from the competitors). The crew was very punctual during the reno, made sure to text me each morning and evening when they were arriving, when they left, what was left to do, and when to expect them the next day. All in all, the results were worth every penny. We added overhead storage, a poly-coated floor, a slatwall on one side, and built in metal cabinets and workbench. In both of these photos, there is the same amount of stuff -- but you judge the results.“
