“July 2024 I am CAPITAL CABINET REFACING's newest "extremely" satisfied customer and genuinely feel morally obligated to share my most positive experience with this extraordinary company Please read my expression of appreciation that I sent to my team within an hour after the installation was "perfectly" finished. Allow my words to speak for themselves! ...Sent July 20, 2024 to the Team that led and guided me every step of the way... Greetings again, Morgan, Ryan, and Jarvier from your #1 MOST PLEASED Customer! Your expert craftsmen, Jarvier, Julio, Isaias, and Nicholas, just completed their exceptional high-quality installation. They spent more than 75 hours in completing my work. I am without words to adequately describe my satisfaction and sense of "awe!" I shared with the team that in my 50+ years in working/ leading/ supervising teams that I have never witnessed a stronger, more knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, collaborative, and caring team than my 4 super stars! Believe me! It comes from my heart!! I interviewed 3 vendors before I decided to move forward with you. This project was selfish for me. I knew only enough to know I would not do it unless it was done correctly. I was not even convinced that refacing was the right approach. Initially, it appeared to be an inferior work around. Ryan convinced me that my initial impressions were incorrect. Morgan finalized the "deal" by graciously allowing me to inspect her kitchen and then sent me a sample of my actual new doors and the matching wooden veneer that would be used to over the frames of the original cabinets. As shared with your team today, I never say anything I don't believe. Every step of my working with you has been so extremely positive. You EXCEL in providing all of the required and non-negotiable BIG 3: Effective communications, Exceptionally high-quality products, and Masterful installation. I will repeat to you, that it would be an honor for you to use me or my "gorgeous " new kitchen in your work with future customers. You should be in business. We need your services! Capital Cabinet Refacing has proven to me, for the first time in my life, that if it's too good to be true, it CAN BE TRUE! With immense respect, admiration, and gratitude! DPKitchen”
