“Our journey with Dupont Design and Remodeling began with a simple search for kitchen cabinets....my husband and I purchased an old home in Shepard Park in June, which was badly in need of updating and repairs. We needed a newly designed kitchen and powder room, two new bathrooms upstairs, a redesigned master bedroom, and a new laundry room in the attic. Our challenge was that we needed to vacate our current house by the end of August, and didn't have any leads for a reliable contractor who could get all what we needed done to the house in just two months. Our realtor/designer sent us to Dupont Design and Remodeling to look at options for kitchen cabinets, and after speaking with Josh and Mel about our design goals and time constraints that day, we not only picked out our cabinets, but decided to hire them for the entire home remodel as well! We've done smaller renovation projects in the past, and Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive...a formula that is hard to come by from my experience with contractors. For example, Josh took our design and produced a complete quote and contract within a day; by comparison, I asked two other contractors for quotes, one took almost two weeks to get back to me after I repeatedly followed-up, and the other one never followed-up at all. During the remodeling process, Ali was our steadfast/dedicated project manager. Ali was super awesome to work with!! He is kind, funny, responsive, and most importantly, he worked with us and our realtor/designer friends patiently through all the unexpected hiccups to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. Renovating and entire home in just 8 weeks was not easy (or cheap), but Ali, Mel and Josh got the job done...they arranged sub-contractors on the spot when needed, they answered our frantic calls/texts, addressed our concerns consistently during the course of the project, and most importantly, they didn't surprise us with extra costs that weren't included in the original quote. We were really lucky to have the opportunity to work with Dupont Design and Remodeling for our project :)“
“We worked with Jordan Weed who created a custom kitchen layout. He collaborated with our interior designer Adam Bechtold on the design and choosing the best paint color match for the main cabinets as well as the accent look for our rustic oak island. He provided a professional drawing set with several revisions to fulfill our ideas. During the installation phase he visited the house multiple times to meet with our contractor and answer any questions to make sure everything was fitting as intended. “I had a few estimates but Kuby and his team really were above and beyond any other company. They were very flexible and open to discussing/resolving any issues (even when made by the customer). We were able to cut costs by doing the install ourselves, but always had Kuby’s direct line when we had a question or needed to make adjustments. These pictures are not finished yet, still working on some finishing touches. But quality and service is something they stand behind. Would use again anytime.“

They just installed a new wall until for my family room. As always Bruce provides a design with things I wouldn't have thought of. He is easy to contact with any questions. The crew that did the installation were excellent, and experienced. Walde and Craig were super hard workers with excellent attention to detail. They vacuumed and left the room immaculate. “I used Kitchen & Bath Shop / Rockville to renovate a tub/shower in one bathroom and a shower stall in another -- both of them aging 1-piece fiberglass installations. Each new tiled shower stall has come out beautifully. Project managers Cemil and Rusen were very responsive and saw to it that any issues that arose were fixed in a timely manner. They came by to check on the work several times a week and were always reachable. Their technicians and construction people were friendly and gracious.I have shown photos to my friends and neighbors, and they always remark how "beautiful" the shower stalls are.“
