“I found Star Granite by chance; I did not have a referral, nor did I have any prior experience with replacing counter tops. I visited the Star Granite store in Springfield, where I met Murat who provided me with a very informative consultation and a preliminary estimate on the spot. Murat also stopped by the next day to do the measurements and answered any additional questions I had. Murat did not pressure me and was very patient answering any additional questions I had. Once I made up my mind and placed the order, things happened really fast! The installation crew was great and Murat continued to support the project by answering my questions. The installation crew was very professional, very polite, very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job installing the countertops and pointing me to any issues they saw during the removal of the old countertops and fixing it on the spot! “Omar and his team refaced my cabinets 9 months ago. Because of a defect in my countertops (having nothing to do with the cabinets and no fault of theirs), water that dripped down from the countertop caused peeling paint on the tops of many of cabinet doors. When I mentioned this to Omar he immediately sent someone to remove the doors, take them to his shop, and repaint them, and they were back freshly painted in my kitchen within a few days, with an edge protector added. Omar did not charge anything for this extra work. You can really count on this company to stand by their work and not abandon the customer, even after the job is done.“
