“UPDATED FROM MY 3/2021 review: I have recently returned to Dr Ziegler's practice with a separate set of problems involving my lower back...as with previous encounters with this practice, I did not have to wait too long for an appt though it had been over 4 years. I went in, spoke with Dr Ziegler about my problems and he was very reassuring! He immediately began a program of accupuncture, stretching, heat and electrical current before sending me off for x-rays at a nearby hospital. Dr. Ziegler was very thorough in his explanation of my films when I returned and a plan of care was initiated. It has been a few weeks now and I can finally drive/sit comfortably and my walking is much improved. Staff are excellent, providing text reminders,free parking and no waiting-unheard of in most practices today. I especially value our conversations of current medical practices in the alternative medical "space" and Dr Ziegler's knowledge of supplements and nutritional aspects of health. As a nurse, I am very comfortable recommending Dr. Ziegler to my family and friends.”

“Best Chiropractic practice ever!!! I stumbled on this practice by accident about two years ago. Starting with David at reception, I felt welcome and appreciated. I have been to a dozen Chiropractors over many years and each helped me in their own way. The difference is that Dr Jean-Luc takes a holistic approach to each patient. He ordered the needed x-ray and MRI to diagnose and prepare my plan, then combined chiropractic care with on-site exercise instruction (to continue at home) to correct the abnormalities that were keeping me from getting back to being active. Additionally, Vitalite Chiropractic offers Footlevelers custom orthotics. When I started chiropractic I was also suffering from plantar fasciitis, severe knee pain, and hip pain. I was screened and ordered a set of shoe inserts and they were amazing! They still are! Eventually my foot/knee/hip pain went away. I began with chiropractic adjustments 2-3 times per week, and now I visit for monthly maintenance. In two short years, I have gone from regularly spraining my back/unable to bend over to complete a task/unable to walk (much less to run) to - no back pain/able to stand on one foot to put on socks and shoes/can bend to complete tasks/walking and running again. My original injury was from a weight lifting accident affecting my L4, L5, soft tissue and nerves several years ago. I felt that once I had back pain I would have back pain for the rest of my life, maybe eventually needing surgery, however since I have become one of Dr Jean-Luc's patients that is no longer the case. Last year, my teen became a patient as well. David was very helpful with determining my copay and what my insurance would cover, it took some patience, diligence, and teamwork to sort through to get it correct. He then suggested a thoughtful, holistic approach to addressing my persistent neck and upper trapezius pain, including using an active release technique followed by optional dry needling, as well as suggesting stretching, strengthening, using proper form during strengthening exercises, proper posture when at rest, changing the type of bag I carry (from a shoulder bag and leather purse to a rolling bag or backpack), ensuring that I wear bras and swimsuits that offer adequate support and help distribute weight evenly, and even pointing out the advantage to using a claw clip rather than wearing a tight ponytail. He left no stone unturned. I’ve had only two treatments so far, but I’m optimistic that relief is finally on the way. You’ll be in good hands with Dr. S.”

“For more than 20 years, I had been suffering from frequent headaches (every two to three weeks) that lasted days at a time. After years of CAT scans and MRI's, about eight years ago, a chiropractor determined the headaches may be cervicogenic in nature and that neck adjustments would help. They did help temporarily but the headaches would reappear after two weeks. I live in Los Angeles, but travel frequently to the Washington DC area. On a trip two years ago, I saw Dr. Davis on one of my trips to get a neck adjustment. Despite the fact that I live across the country, he took the time to delve into what was happening with me since my quality of life was severely affected by these headaches. He ordered x-rays of my neck to get once back in Los Angeles and I sent them to him to review. From the x-rays, he determined that the headaches were caused by loss of neck curve over time, so he ordered a Posture Pump for me that I use a couple times a week to restore the curve. It is now at least four months later. I have had only one mild headache since using the Posture Pump and that was over 3 months ago. What is remarkable to me is that a chiropractor that lives 2800 miles away seriously took the time to provide care for me, figure out what was happening, and how to fix it which no other chiropractor took the time to do. From my experience, you just don't find this level of care out there that often. If I could give Dr. Davis more than five stars, I would. I can't even say how much my life has improved and I can't thank him enough.”
