The instructions on the exercises are Perfect and they take time to make sure that you’re doing them properly. Dr. Holmes takes time to explain any procedure, he does prior to doing it and let you know what to expect. There’s a game plan for you from the moment you walk in to the moment you’re expected to walk out. I would definitely recommend anybody contact with. they don’t treat people just like a Name on a folder they treat people with compassion, kindness, and a real caring to get you back to normal.
