I don't know of if this is a family run business or not but the barbers/stylists don't seem possessive over clients.

So I've had two different ladies cut my hair, both did a great job. After the hair cut, they'll wipe your face & neck with a hot wet towel and they'll massage your head & neck. I didn't ask for either they just did it.
