My homegirl ordered the truffle chicken sandwich that had remnants of a Michelin star chef, with the seasoned potato wedges being a crowd pleaser for everyone at the table (it was four of us)! “I walked in for a haircut at Cuts and Blends by Hugo and was lucky enough to get a cut by the man himself, Hugo. His barbershop was very clean, calm music was playing in the background, and it was a very convenient location. I got a high skin fade and a light trim on the top, and Hugo gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He is very friendly, professional, and generous. I will be sure to come back when I visit DC in the future!“

“Today was my third haircut with KD and I'm not disappointed. KD is professional, courteous, and thorough and I never feel like he is rushing my cut. KD has a small shop in his basement that is very clean and inviting. He does have dogs that are in their cages. They will bark when you enter and when you leave, so that takes some getting used to. But overall I'm very pleased and am happy to have him as my barber.“

“Awesome experience! I hadn’t had my haircut in over a year. My hair was down past my waist and in bad need of a good trim. Carlos (Los) took care of me and did a great job at a very reasonable price. He even offered to help me correct my bad at home coloring job that makes me look kind of like a giraffe, so I’ll be going back for that. The shop has the best vibe. Don’t get stuck in the idea that barber shops are just for men.“
