I am not a new customer, experienced WTE for a while now. Recently placed and order for pick up. Due to the heat, pick up was a little different then what I was use to and ended up at the rendezvous point missed time. I reached out and saw- There is a live chat. Never knew that and it was very helpful reaching out. Response in a timely manner, just stay on the web page, no notification about a response when not. (Was on my phone)
Most importantly, Endia made it sure I receive my order today. I love great customer service, and this wasn’t something I was expecting so I had to notate.
