“Walked in on a Sunday at noon and was taken right away. She was quick and efficient with the service and got my eyebrows to be threaded perfectly. I hadn’t gotten them done or really done anything to them in months if not a year, and she didn’t judge anything about how they looked which I often worry about. Right away after contacting Ken about my nails, he got me in that day! Now I have one of the best manicures I have ever had. He is very talented and detail oriented. We had a lovely conversation and he made sure I liked my nails at every step. I so appreciate how he wanted to make this right so even after the tough first manicure with another person, I am so grateful for Ken’s great work and willingness to make this right!

I have been coming here off and on for a long time. Came in last week for a dip manicure with nothing on my nails and an hour and 15 minutes to do them. I asked for round nails and walked out with these square ones. There were blemishes in the dip when I was getting them done that I had to point out and ask to have fixed before curing them. They chipped after a week (typically I wear dip for four weeks without issue and have to get them redone due to growth) which is extremely disappointing given what I paid for dip. If it’s going to chip, you might as well just use regular polish at home. From the day I walked out of the salon, the edges of the nails were raw with no top coat leaving them rough and unpolished. See photos of raw dip that has gotten stained, is misshapen, and chipped. Had I not been leaving town, I would have asked for a new set. Disappointing for sure from a place that is so conviennent.“

“Heron Med Spa provided exceptional service during the process of onboarding me for my procedure and the procedure itself. Barbara spoke to me at length to make sure I understood all the instructions she personally designed for me I.... she wanted to make sure I understood all the instructions prior to and after my procedure. She was most patient and answered all my questions. Carla was a carbon copy of Barbara. Oh and let me not forget to mention the man of the hours, Dr. Heron. Weeks prior to my procedure, Dr. Heron also called me to follow up to make sure I understood the process, he was patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Heron and Carla took the time to sit with me and my husband to explain all that was about to take place and made sure they had exhausted all of our questions. The procedure was easy peasy and I experienced no pain, just a little discomfort. Dr. Heron talked to me throughout the procedure and told me what he was doing as he was doing it. I trust my desired outcome will be successful because I trust Dr. Heron and will do exactly as instructed post-op.“

the administrative staff were kind and caring!
and the medical professionals were extremely attentive and professional!

One of the administrative staff members asked where I got my rings from and so I wanted to comment on here, that they are acrylic rings and they come in a pack and I ordered them from Amazon, they are fun little rings to wear just to brighten the mood some days!

But regarding my office visit,
it was very fast and very quick and all of my concerns were addressed!

Definitely recommend!
