“Thank you very much for the excellent attention to every detail surrounding our Sister's passing. You all were very kind, respectful, and professional. You made me feel supported, comfortable and able to concentrate on the issues at hand…. I appreciated the time you gave me to discuss options presented to to me as they aligned with what she wanted for her final arrangements. I mostly appreciated that you followed through with everything I asked (including the picture of her Urn with the inscription). You worked so hard to stay connected with the Cemetary. I even had an issue uploading pictures to her Memorial page you made, and you were so kind to walk me through it and there were no delays with the posting of these precious memories. I highly recommend you all, Jim & Brian, and all the staff. “What a beautiful historic cemetery! Started in 1856, it's the resting place of many famous people from politicians to architects. The cemetery also has beautiful and unique flora, some placed near gravestones. Thanks to a group of dedicated neighbors, the cemetery is well-preserved. I was able to explore the grounds via car on a April Tuesday morning.“

Caitlin was kind, patient and extremely helpful as she walked me through a number of steps I had to consider. “Gary Maxwell did a great job of helping our family through a difficult time in the loss of a cherished family member. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and was a steady presence on the day of our celebration of life.“
“Mount Comfort has provided my family with outstanding service during a challenging time while managing my relative's death. David "Ed" Kastner, in particular, was incredibly clear, efficient, and supportive in helping me consider our options and in supporting the family as we completed required steps needed for both this cemetery and under VA law, etc. The next of kin was in college requiring support for signing documents. The deed for our family's lot was from 1969 requiring some digging. He walked the grounds with me to review where we could inter my family member - which location was best near her close relatives, etc... Finally, the graveside service was just perfect. We had over 40 people attend - a surprise - and it went well. The "atmosphere," covered area, and clean look for the graveside service helped us all, especially her daughters, say a respectful goodbye. Can't recommend this cemetery and staff highly enough.“
