Thank you very much for the excellent attention to every detail surrounding our Sister's passing. You all were very kind, respectful, and professional. You made me feel supported, comfortable and able to concentrate on the issues at hand…. I appreciated the time you gave me to discuss options presented to to me as they aligned with what she wanted for her final arrangements. I mostly appreciated that you followed through with everything I asked (including the picture of her Urn with the inscription). You worked so hard to stay connected with the Cemetary. Everything was such an emotional experience and you and the Army made it look effortless! I will never forget how you were so concerned about me in particular! Asking all the right questions with a professional and kind manner! The flowers were beautiful beyond words and the setup perfect at the burial. The Army was kind and put up the canopy for me or was that you! I was worried I would get overheated in the direct sun due to meds I take! Especially in a black wheel chair! I don’t remember the being wheeled up to the grave site? I suppose I was stunned at the beauty of the site of the military, 32 gun salute and the casson! I want to thank the leadership and staff for allowing a family of one of our nations hero’s to use their funeral home for a visitation. The family of Major General Scales will be having a burial in Arlington National Cemetery soon, but wanted to have a place and time to receive friends.
