Minerva is a Godsend and I feel truly blessed to have found her. I stumbled upon Minerva's practice over a year ago when experiencing postpartum anxiety. In my first session with her, I felt so comfortable and supported. She worked to heal me from past traumas that were hanging on and starting to surface with being a new mother. She helped me to feel good in my skin again. Since then, I still see her regularly to help regulate my stress, anxiety, lymphatic system and all over health. Every time I walk through Minerva's doors, I know I am in good hands and every time I leave, I am walking on air. I look forward to every session. I cannot recommend Minerva enough. Oh my GOSH, Minerva is an absolute answer to prayers! She helped me and my family with so many things in such a short amount of time!! It is worth every penny for the whole and complete healing she helps you achieve. Here are the main things she helped me resolve in just four sessions:
1. Postpartum recovery: A few months after having a baby, I physically needed some help getting back to my healthiest self. Minerva worked on my body to get everything back in place and moving again. It also felt wonderful. I couldn't believe the relief and release of tension after just one session.
2. Deep emotional trauma healing: After having a baby, I was very emotional, and even six months later I felt extremely overwhelmed with emotional weight. I got to a point where I needed help, and Minerva helped me work through some deep emotional issues from my past that were triggered from my huge life change. She helped me heal things I didn't know were still affecting me COMPLETELY in ONE HOUR. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. It was so freeing, and the treatment stuck. I have let go of baggage I have been carrying for ages.
3. Lifestyle and perspective change: In the four sessions I had with Minerva, she taught me so much and answered all my questions about her work.
