Really great massage! Wasn’t too sure what to expect, but it was basically a deep tissue coupled with more stretching, which was nice. Got it after skiing and think it drastically lessened my soreness afterwards!

I have now had 3 massages from Monica and she is outstanding. I have had countless massages over the years and I would rate her in the top 5% of massage therapists. She is patient, methodical and very effective. Highly recommend.

Completely different experience than a regular massage place. Deep pressure, stretching, using knees, elbows, etc. My back had been hurting for over a month, one session here and I am back pain free.
