Had a great experience with Home Performance Pros. Our AC stopped blowing cold air. That can quickly be dangerous in the dead of summer. I called and they had a technician here within an hour. Jared, was fantastic. He was thorough in his diagnostics and found the issue quickly. He got creative to help us solve the problem and got our system back up and running in no time. He waived the $59 diagnostic fee because we went ahead with the repair. I will be calling them again if another issue arises.
They came out immediately to inspect and evaluate why my air conditioner stopped running. After inspecting both my furnace and A/C and seeing how old they were, I made the decision to replace both - there was no upselling whatsoever. They gave me a firm quote which I accepted, and the crew came out the next day and completed the installation on the same day. I found the installers (Austin and Jared) both to be extremely courteous, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job of installation.
