All of these 5 star reviews are well deserved. Every experience we’ve had with William has been awesome. Great communication, super thorough service and lots of patience with our very curious 2 year old. Very highly recommended!!
Our furnace was having problems. We contacted William and he came out the next morning to check it out. We ended up needing a new furnace. He replaced it the next day and even let us borrow one of his space heaters over night. He was so nice and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend using them!!
I called Efficient Systems when my furnace would not start at the beginning of cold weather. They came out and discovered that it was the same problem that I had had last year and the year before that. No other heating company explained why it was happening but William with efficient heating knew why and explained it to me. The other heating companies just wanted to keep coming out to taking my money. A month later I had another problem and they came out the same day. I find them honest people and caring people and are there to help you. They are friendly and very fair in price. I have them saved in my phone.
