This is one of the few places in SLC that could accommodate to reactive dogs like mine and she was able to get alone time with the staff. I received some videos of her playing which made me feel much more at ease & I know she had a good time because she’d be smiling ear to ear when I’d pick her up! I also noticed they clipped her nails (which are close to impossible for me to clip on my own) so thank you so much for that! I appreciate you guys caring for my sweet girl. “We LOVE Arnie's! My Goldendoodle Jack always looks amazing when he is done! The groomers are very gentle and kind. He gets a different length of cut pending the time of year and they are able to advise and cut multiple lengths! We love how they have individual grooming rooms and complete your dog from start to finish before moving on to the next dog! To me this equals more focused time on Jack, and overall less time at the groomers. This also equals less fear and anxiety for dogs in general! Thanks Arnie's we appreciate you! “Our 10 year old Golden Retriever has struggled with his hind legs and other groomers have said they couldn’t take him anymore. He got very matted while we tried to find a service that could help him. Ezra, with Aussie Groomers was willing to try. He did such a wonderful job!! Winston feels so much better. “I'm one of those weirdos who treats my dogs like family-they sleep on the bed, climb all over everything in the house and eat very well. So when I travel or work long days and need someone to look after the pups, I'm very particular about where they go. A friend referred me to Camp Bow Wow and I've used them several times. So far, my dog hasn't said anything good or bad about her experience, but she seems happy enough to go inside with a staff member. While I appreciate the service they provide, it is a bit pricey, so I have to be selective about when I bring my dog here. I'd love to be able to bring her more often, but I have to ration our visits until I hit the jackpot.“

“I cannot speak highly enough of Liberty Bark!! I have a very shy and nervous little dog and the staff has been nothing but patient and loving with her. Initially I was just grateful to find a doggie daycare that takes all dogs because Leia was too nervous for other facilities to take her. Knowing they could care for her specific needs was such a relief. Over the times I have sent her to daycare, day school, and boarding our sweet girl has found her confidence and comfort around new people and dogs. Every staff member is highly skilled and so wonderful. I can’t thank them enough for helping us help Leia live her best life. Five stars isn’t enough.“

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Puppy Lounge. From the moment we walk in, the entire team makes it clear that they genuinely love what they do — and more importantly, they truly love the dogs in their care.
Our dog can be nervous and anxious in new environments, and finding a boarding facility that handles that with patience and compassion is not easy. Puppy Lounge is the rare exception. The staff is incredibly sweet and gentle, always taking the time to let our pup feel comfortable at his own pace rather than rushing through the process. You can just tell they pay attention to each dog as an individual.

“My mum and I have taken our dogs here for the last two years as Cesar is the only person that our dogs trust to groom them and clip their nails. Unfortunately in the last few weeks we haven’t had any response to our online bookings (the system is horrible btw) or our messages. Super sad because it is so hard to find a groomer to trust with our dogs and that our dogs trust.“

“My husky got sprayed by a skunk and I wasn’t sure what to do so I called the Doggy Den. Thankfully Bindy (the owner) answered and graciously told me that she would help me wash my dog if I came in. My husband was out of town so I was SO relieved that someone could help me. She got me right back to a tub and spent over an hour helping me get the smell out. On a Saturday, no less! I’m so impressed by this business and owner, I would highly highly recommend. You can tell they really care about animals and are knowledgeable in what they do.“

Other places had simply handed her back to me and said, “There’s nothing we can do.” Here, they took the time to understand her needs, treated her with patience and kindness, and reassured me every step of the way.

They even told me my cat was an angel and behaved so well during her grooming and treatment. That meant so much to me because I was very worried.
