Liberty Bark is a fantastic daycare and boarding facility that provides exceptional care for dogs. They are easy to work with, responsive, and take great care of the dogs entrusted to them. The staff has a solid understanding of dog behavior and provides personalized attention and support, even for dogs with special needs. They maintain attentive staff ratios to ensure that each dog receives the appropriate level of supervision and socialization. The training and desensitization sessions offered are helpful for both the dogs and their owners. Customers appreciate the pawgress reports and report cards, highlighting the caring nature of the staff. Many dogs, including a Bernese Mountain dog and others, feel comfortable and happy during their visits. The facility assesses each dog individually, and the kindness extended to the dogs is above and beyond. Dogs are often excited when their owners arrive, and the staff's expertise is evident in handling tricky dogs, including those with reactivity. Daily photos and detailed progress reports are available, providing owners with peace of mind. I wish I had taken a before and after picture of my two Shih Tzu's to add a visual to this review. After 2 missed grooming appointments and my frustration of waiting on the list to get into my normal groomer with 2 dogs desperately needing grooming, I found this place. My dogs are 11 and 12 and one doesn't have any eyes, which makes them more tricky than other dogs. After a brief description of what I wanted, Elina took them into the shop to work her magic...and it was MAGIC when I arrived to retrieve them. Due to the breed (and my lack of skills), my dogs have to be groomed every 6-8 weeks. This is hands down the best they have EVER been groomed! Even my sons were amazed at how good they looked. My only regret is not documenting the before and after. I would HIGHLY recommend Elina for all your grooming needs.
I cannot speak highly enough of Liberty Bark!! I have a very shy and nervous little dog and the staff has been nothing but patient and loving with her. Initially I was just grateful to find a doggie daycare that takes all dogs because Leia was too nervous for other facilities to take her. Knowing they could care for her specific needs was such a relief. Over the times I have sent her to daycare, day school, and boarding our sweet girl has found her confidence and comfort around new people and dogs. Every staff member is highly skilled and so wonderful. I can’t thank them enough for helping us help Leia live her best life. Five stars isn’t enough.
