Our dog can be nervous and anxious in new environments, and finding a boarding facility that handles that with patience and compassion is not easy. Puppy Lounge is the rare exception. The staff is incredibly sweet and gentle, always taking the time to let our pup feel comfortable at his own pace rather than rushing through the process.
