We have a very sensitive rescue dog who was obviously neglected and abused in the past. Mimi is so incredibly sweet and kind to our dog, she has a great experience every time we take her to TLC. What a relief to have a good place to take a special old girl!

I’ve been taking my Pom to TLC Grooming for about 5 years now, and I seriously can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Heather is incredible at what she does. Every single time, my dog comes out looking SO cute—and you can tell she feels good too. Her coat is always perfect, and she just seems so happy and comfortable after her appointments.
What really says everything though is this: my dog is usually pretty hesitant around people, but she loves Heather. She doesn’t fight me at all when it’s time to get groomed, which used to be a huge challenge. That alone tells me how patient, kind, and skilled Heather is.
