“It was good, I bought a 2011 and it had some recalls and they got it handled. It was a bit of a cercus because of the circumstances, it was longer to fix then we assumed and the car had to sit the night. My situation, I'd give 3 Stars. But as for the people and bmw themselves 5 start, treated me great, helping me with anything I needed. And respected when I decided other repairs. That was above and beyond amazing, they still recommend them but didn't push them and I love them for that. If your car is in the shop please request Jan lukac (Yan Loo-kahch). “Perfect experience. I have a SAAB 95. I'm retired on social security so money is budgeted. Today, my car was having starting issues. I Google prices at $279. Yea right. My friend made a call, said let's go and came to L Auto Work. The battery tested bad and the replacement, apparently specific to SAAB, was $195. I want to shop around so we get in car and....won't start. Ok. Let's get the battery coming. After waiting maybe 10 minutes, the shop owner arrives. He's informed of the problem. He, then, walks to his truck, pulls a battery from the truck bed, checks size, and says that one will work. I ask what's special about the batteries listed for SAAB and this one. He said no difference. I have to verify, of course, "HEY GOOGLE". Match battery specifics is all. Nothing built into those batteries specific for SAAB. Saved me time and $105. And, very grateful to find a tech who stops what he's doing and immediately assists a customers situation. The way we are being 'priced' out of our cars today, to find a shop, a local company, that lives with us here in the Rose Park/Glendale area, is definitely a good investment and worth promoting.
