They've been removed in the past, which always made her so sad. We left a sticky note this time asking for them to be left when the car was detailed. Not only did they get left, but the rest of the car is immaculate! I'm so grateful for the careful consideration of the team, and the fact that they don't mind taking care to avoid a few stickers. “Perfect experience. I have a SAAB 95. I'm retired on social security so money is budgeted. Today, my car was having starting issues. I Google prices at $279. Yea right. My friend made a call, said let's go and came to L Auto Work. The battery tested bad and the replacement, apparently specific to SAAB, was $195. I want to shop around so we get in car and....won't start. Ok. Let's get the battery coming. After waiting maybe 10 minutes, the shop owner arrives. He's informed of the problem. He, then, walks to his truck, pulls a battery from the truck bed, checks size, and says that one will work. I ask what's special about the batteries listed for SAAB and this one. He said no difference. I have to verify, of course, "HEY GOOGLE". Match battery specifics is all. Nothing built into those batteries specific for SAAB. Saved me time and $105. And, very grateful to find a tech who stops what he's doing and immediately assists a customers situation. The way we are being 'priced' out of our cars today, to find a shop, a local company, that lives with us here in the Rose Park/Glendale area, is definitely a good investment and worth promoting.
